1. Payroll Executive
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years working experience in related field
- Able to work long hours as and when required
- Able to work independently in a fast pace environment with minimal supervision and also in teams when required
- Result oriented, resourceful and good communication skill
- Have a positive attitude and passion for the job
- Willing to travel to client office on assignments or any other business needs
Job responsibility:
- Perform a full spectrum of payroll processing for multiple companies with accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain the Human Resource Management System for payroll module
- Prepare relevant payroll reports and analysis for clients
- Able to liaise directly with statutory bodies i.e. EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax, etc for updates and payments
- Manage and handle enquiries related to payroll by clients
